Katie Hennagir
Katie has been helping her mom throughout those 20 years, starting at age 10! She obtained a Marketing degree in 2001 and has since been working full time at the shop as a manager. She manages their extensive website & blog, coordinates events, publishes a bimonthly newsletter, merchandises and orders inventory, and publishes original quilt patterns.
Katie says: “Creating Chirp! has opened a new door creatively for me. I have discovered how much fun it is to create an entire story from one line of fabric including do-it-yourself style projects, quilts, & nursery bedding. I feel that this line will open the possibilities in your shop for becoming a creative sewing center, not just a quilt shop, with its broad appeal and home décor influence.”
