Eligibility:
● Anyone with an Etsy seller account can enter. If you do not have an Etsy seller account, it's free and easy to get started. Click here for details.
● This contest is limited to residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia.
How to enter:
● Submit a photo of fabric fruit you've made via email to konacontest@robertkaufman.com.
● The fruit must be able to be made using 100% cotton sheeting.
● The fruit can be a current item you have for sale on Etsy, or a new creation.
● By submitting a photo to the above email address, you are confirming that the content is non-confidential, yours to share, and that you are entering the "Sew Fruity" contest and agreeing to the terms laid out here.
● Photos of all submissions may be used by Etsy and/or Robert Kaufman to promote the contest, Kona® Cotton, or Etsy services, with proper credit to you as the creator (listed by your Etsy seller account name (or username)), with no compensation to you.

● If chosen as a winner, you agree to recreate your submission in the Kona fabrics, which will be sent to you, by the deadline listed below, with no further compensation than the prizes outlined below.
● You also agree that said Kona fruit becomes property of Robert Kaufman Co., Inc. to photograph and use in advertising and promotional campaigns, with proper credit to you as the creator (listed by your Etsy username), with no further compensation to you.
● Entries will be judged (by the marketing department of Robert Kaufman Co., Inc.) on craftsmanship, use of color, and the ability to stand out in an ad as a prime example of ripe, yummy fruit.
By entering this contest, your creations may receive exposure in one or more (or none) of the following media:
● Publications including American Patchwork & Quilting (Meredith Publishing), Quilter's Newsletter (CK Media), McCall's Quilting (CK Media), Quilts & More (Meredith Publishing)
● Robert Kaufman's homepage
● Robert Kaufman's Flickr group
● Robert Kaufman's Twitter account
● Etsy website and emails
Contest Period and Other Important Dates:
● Contest is open from 12:01a.m. PDT Wed, March 10, 2009 — 11:59p.m. PDT Friday, March 27.
● Photo submissions due by 11:59p.m. PDT Friday, March 27.
● Winners will be notified Tuesday, March 31.
● Winners will then receive Kona fabrics (by Friday, April 3) from Robert Kaufman, to reproduce the submissions as they would appear in the ad.
● Reproduced Kona fruit due to Robert Kaufman by Friday, April 17.
Prizes:
At least (1) one grand prize will be awarded — if more winners are chosen, each will receive the same grand prize.
● Over 25 yards of Robert Kaufman fabrics — approx. $250 retail value.
● Appearance in Robert Kaufman's Kona® Cotton Solids ad campaign (both online and in print) with photo of your creation and proper credit to you as the creator (listed by your Etsy username).
