For Quilt Quest 2008, Think Outside the Block, and let your imagination go. Take your favorite traditional quilt block or blocks and give them an exciting new look using color, texture, and fabric to create an original and innovative quilt design.
The official fabric collection of Quilt Quest ’08, Color Theory by Sandra Banava will inspire you with its playful and bold color combinations in geometric patterns offered in a variety of
scale. Quilts may be pieced, appliqué, or a combination of both. Note: A line of thread coordinated with the Color Theory fabric is available from Superior Threads. Use of the thread is optional.
- First Place – Janome Jem Portable Sewing & Quilting Machine and carrying case, $250.00, 50 yards of assorted fabric, and a 1-year subscription to The Quilter magazine.
